Garlic Jim’s signature red pizza sauce is a fresh-packed product from California. What does fresh-packed mean? It means our sauce was never paste. The vine-ripened tomatoes were packed and made into fresh pizza sauce within hours of leaving the farmers’ fields. This fresh-pack difference means our sauce is red like a tomato and retains that tomato taste like you wont’ find in a sauce made from paste.
Garlic Jim’s is proud of its fresh 100% whole-milk mozzarella. Fresh cheese means it’s never been frozen like the cheese the national chains use. 100% mozzarella means our mozzarella is pure – not some blend cut down with less expensive cheeses to save money.
